Intense, short workouts for when you don't have a lot of time but still want to see and feel the benefits. Paired with short cardio workouts like some from Hip Hop Abs and Turbo Jam, they are super effective! Neither of these workouts are considered cardio, but they do make me sweat with all the strength and toning moves.
