Intense, short workouts for busy mornings. If you put the work in, you will see and feel the difference. Goddess abs works the whole middle section in ways I've never experienced. AM Latte starts with you in bed tensing and relaxing your muscles one group at a time. Sounds silly, but after this warm-up, you'll feel invigorated. I'm not too fond of the mantras, but I ignore what they say and stretch/breathe on my own until they go on to something else. These and the other Master Series YBB workouts pair well with short cardio workouts like some from Turbo Jam and Hip Hop Abs (same company!).
