This is a very good 5.1 receiver for the price. It offers an array of sounds and includes enhanced sound on 2 or 5 channel. It also offers straight sound. The unit has a very good operating instruction manual which makes it easy to set up. All in all, a very good entry level 5.1 surround sound receiver.

Yamaha HTR 6130 5.1 channel 500 Watt Receiver
) This receiver was one great buy. It took a bit to figure out the best approach to hook up all the additional components in order to record from satellite but now that its complete its simply a great system. I added the Yamaha speaker system and the sound is excellent. The limitations are mine - hard to see the labels on the remote as they are very small print - especially with the lights dimmed. Other than that - great buy!
