Xena: Warrior Princess - Season Two (DVD, 2003)

At first the 2 of the dics would not work properly and I figured that it was because they are old but after trying anf trying they started to work properly. I really enjoy the purchase I had been looking for season two for a very long time and could never find. On here I found it and at a great price

The 2nd Season of Xena Warrior Princess is one of the best. Great Episodes full of action, comedy and adventure. Sure to keep you entertained for hours.

I love the way it keeps your attention and never lags. The actors are Great and its nice to see a woman kick booty for a change.
My daughter and I both watched it when it showed on TV and loved it so much we decised to bye it. Now we can see the epasodes we missed and rewatch what we have seen again.
I recommend it HIGHLEY.

I loved xena way back and somehow lost track of the show after a couple season. I now am getting back in touch with the female empowerment that xena offerd me soo long ago but watching every episode. I am glad to own this dvd collection. It reminds me that the world is touph so stay strong!

I love Xena and the price was right, but the seller delayed in sending the item for almost a month. He apparently had computer issues and could not create a shipping request or something, which is fine, but he didn't let me know what was going on. Also, now that I have the DVD's and have started watching them, I have found that the third episode on every disk does not play. Weird, huh? No mention of this is the item description. So I'm less than pleased, but I gues so take a certian amount of risk in making an e-bay purchase, and I've had few problems overall.

I like this series, because it is so corny. I have to say, I used to watch this show all the time when it was on TV and loved it. Don't know why...I just did. When I watched it recently for the first time in years. I thought, "Why did I like this sooo much before." I think it's the easy style of acting and writing. It isn't an intense show. Don't get me wrong I like shows like 24 and Prison Break, but sometimes you just want to sit down and gel for a little bit. This show is great for that. It let's you gel and yet you still get to see some action and interesting story lines!

It is so nice to get rid of all my old vhs...I had taped the show off television when it had first aired...and I believe there has yet to be a show like it....I mean with so many female antagonists....I can't wait till my daughter is old enough to show them to her....as of right now I only let her watch the lighter comedies....the show can get a little campy at times which is great....but some of the shows are very dark...I personally love them all...and especially the relationship between Xena and Gabrielle...I am one of those subtext supporters....money well spent....

Xena season 2 has some beautiful scenery (all filmed on location in New Zealand) with some great handpicked actors who give a believable performance as people living long ago.. Lucy Lawless shows her versatility as an actress as she plays three characters in the same episode (in Warrior..Princess..Tramp..) and is beautiful yet fun to watch as she rumbles with the bad-guys and saves the day. Top rated television series in it's day, now you can see why in this awesome DVD boxset.
