XXX (2002, DVD)

I liked this movie, not only because of the great action, but that it had a great storyline and it definitely kept my attention throughout. And, I absolutely love Vin Diesel.

If you like action packed movies, this is one for your collection. I still pull it out every now and again to watch it. Havent seen much from Vin Diesel lately but he was absolutely superb in this film. Watch it in surround sound if you have it available, with a bucket of popcorn, cant beat it!

This movie is totally awesome!!! This reminds me of what Vin did after the end of the Fast and the Furious. If you don't like Hot chicks, Night clubs, Intense action, Amazing stunts and exotic cars, Then you probably shouldn't watch this movie! I rate this movie 5 Stars!!!

I bought this movie because I like anything with Vin Diesel,and I already have the second XXX,State of The Union.He is a very good actor.

This movie is the bomb! Action packed, not too graffic. Everything a thrill seeker wants in a movie. Great story line. Have to see!

Great movie, lots of action. Never a dull moment, the story line just kept moving right along. Had seen XXX before and wanted to add it to my collection.

XXX appeals to the action type with one man destroying everything, blowing up buildings, jumping of helicopters, shooting guns, and basically any extreme stunt.

Vin Diesel is Xander Cage known as X to his friends, and Triple X to his new boss, NSA Agent Gibbons (Samuel L. Jackson). Xander is an extreme sports nut and somewhat of a political activist, and doesn't mind doing extreme stunts to make his point. How did he end up working for the NSA? Let's just say that the bit of Corvette abuse you see in the trailers got him a little more attention than usual.

Unlike ever other "some guy becomes a spy" movie I've seen, Xander doesn't get a crash course in agency protocol and spy knowledge. After passing a few "tests" he's just shipped off to Prague and told to gather some info on a group known as Anarchy 99. This is a group of bad guys who would like to topple a few governments all in the name of anarchy, which they call "freedom". Whatever, it doesn't really matter. What matters is that we get to watch Xander kick some butt and play with a few toys.

Speaking of toys, Xander does have gadgets like Bond, but he doesn't seem to need them as much, though he does like to blow things up. He's also got great taste in cars. Another thing he has in common with Bond is women, and just like with the Bond movies we really wish this one was rated R! They do manage to show us a number of thongs though, and for that we were greatly appreciative.

Vin Diesel is perfect in this role, I can't think of anyone better suited for it. The opening sequence in the movie pokes at 007, showing that a guy in a tux isn't always the man for the job. I agree, and there's plenty of room on the big screen for more than one spy hero. Bring on the sequels!"

P.S. As a woman, I can say that I enjoyed the scenery and costumes too! :)

I decided to buy this movie after viewing it with my brother right before he left for the army. This movie is awesome and has the best of both worlds. Guys get their hard hitting action and the women get the romance (and desiel!) This is a must buy for any movie collection.

i order this dvd XXX and i get un e-mail that this was not a dvd movie and they charge my credit card and i don't get the movie
