Love the music. Loved the show and movie... The soundtrac is not what you would expect. The song by The Cure describes Mulder and Scully "your lips hide a secret, a promis of a kiss" "of something more than this" Xfiles fine! Trust no one!

Thank you for voting. If your vote meets our I love this recordI loved it when I got it years ago and I love it still...mystical, eclectic and haunting. Filter's version of "One" is a classic and possibly the best version of this song that's been covered over and over again. Sting revisits a Police classic "Invisable Sun" and totally caught me off guard. Better Than Ezra spins a masterpiece with "One More Murder". It's collectively kick ass and doesn't dissapoint even the most refined of music fans...this record rocks!

I still have and listen to this CD. Then again if I had to pick any one show as my as my all time favorite, then it would have to be the X-Files. I guess you have to be a fan like I am to be able to understand the show's fascination and its following.
With that in mind, all the songs on the album are great, it would seem that they were made and compiled on this album were done so with the fan in mind. It's the type of music they are going to like. There is a broad variety of songs here, so there is bound to be something a fan of the show or the artists on this album will enjoy.
So if you think after what you've read here is something that applies to you, then this album is something you have to got to add to your collection if you haven't already. You will definitely be happy you did.
With that in mind, all the songs on the album are great, it would seem that they were made and compiled on this album were done so with the fan in mind. It's the type of music they are going to like.
