does anyone else think that the X-Files went seriously weird around Season 7...like maybe the writers were trying to attract a younger audience? i was watching Season9 last evening and...thought i was seeing a cheap Cop Drama..not the X-Files...which was all well & good...because this dreck of Seasons 8 & 9..make me appreciate the ORIGINALS all the more...shame on Chris Carter for diluting the power of this show...better to have axed it after Season 5...than to bleed it dry for so log
