This book is the most comprehensive yet still fun to read history of the Chicago Cubs. It highlights all of their best players and managers yet does not sugar coat the racism or inept tendencies of their worst. I found this book hard to put down once I started it and would recommend it to any Cub fan 12 yrs or older. I even read some of it to my kids to help them appreciate what it means to be a true fan of a great team.
