Jeff Jarvis is clear and helps me understand the digital opportunities and how to apply them to my business. I loved the book.
I wanted the audio as a Christmas gift for my son and ordered it off eBay. However, it never came, and later my card was reimbursed. I had to look it up to discover what had happened. I don't think sellers should post things they don't have. Also, they should notify buyers that they ran out, and not leave them wondering. It was a very unsatisfactory eBay experience.
