This book was a gift from my husband. I was really surprised that he bought me a book.the cover itself spoke volumes to me. As soon as I saw the title and the very delicate beautiful flower falling over, I began to cry. That is exactly how I feel.I couldn't believe that not only was there a book out there that understood and offered help, but that my husband understood! Thank you for a graet book

I bought "The Worn Out Woman-When Your Life is Full and Your Spirit is Empty" because I saw it in a grocery store, was feeling "worn out", and was intrigued by the table of contents. Sure enough, it addresses exactly what it says it does and I was happy to find it has some exercises in it to try as well as uplifting biblical references. In fact, I was only half way through the book when I bought it for my aunt who has been feeling a bit "worn out" lately!
