World Series of Poker: Tournament of Champions -- 2007 Edition (Xbox 360, 2006)

I really wanted to get this game based on my love for the game of poker. I bought this item on Aug 18 but never receceived the game. The seller has had Excellent communication but has only been in response to my displeasure with an invalid tracking number and a non-received dispute. I closed the dispute because it allegedly caused a financial hardship for the seller. I felt really bad about it but the principle is that I paid for a service and never received it. It doesnt matter how much I paid but that I never got the game I purchased. I only asked for a tracking number and positive feedback, I paid for the game promptly and seller shouldve left immediate feedback. Someone with 1980 feedback should know that. I always leave immediate feedback to buyers because thats the right thing to do.
I am not personally blaming the seller. Its not her fault that the game never arrived if it was sent when she said it was. It couldve got lost in the mail.
I only asked this seller 3 things
1. leave feedback
2. tracking number
3. when the first 2 failed...to issue a refund.
The seller has failed to do any of the 3.
At this point, all I want is my positive feedback.
After a month, I doubt that I will ever get the game.
To add insult to injury, i gave up on a claim, and I even left the seller positive feedback which she has failed to do for my prompt payment.
I hope that this seller will do better business in the future.
