This workout DVD is easy to use. One can use a preprogrammed workout or develop a personalized workout from warm-up, cardio and cool down segments offered. DVD states over 1,000 combinations are possible. If you have exercised with Sharon on FIT TV or elsewhere, you know she combines easy exercises to provide a quick workout. The segments on this DVD are taken from her shows. One thing I'd like to have on upcoming DVDs are more choices for cool down as there are only 4 on this DVD.

This is a great dvd to work out to because you can change it up. You dont have to do the same workout every day.

Well Purchased this set for wife. I am a personal trainer and my wife is in great shape .she wanted a great video but the 1's she has been using were slow and no excitment. Sharon mann is full of energy and u can customize your workouts so it's not the same routine over and oevr again. totally recommend

This dvd workout set beats the problem of repetition boredom. With lots of different routines to choose from, you choose what you want to warm up to, strength train, areas of the body to focus on, etc. Don't like the combination you came up with? Create a new combination for tomorrow picking different routines for your workout. Be aware that all of the workout routines use equipment which needs to be purchased seperately.

This is a set of three dvd's with many many different workout routines.The great part is that you can pick the warm up, workout and cool down that suits you.
