Working Wooden Toys by Marion Millett (1985, Paperback)

I tend to buy several books of the same title, one to collect, one to use as a working book, and I continue to upgrade the books as better condition ones are available on eBay. I am not suggesting that you do the same, but I love to sit by the fireplace on a cold Winter's night and look through my collection. "Working Wooden Toys" by Marion Millett is a delight to read and use as a pattern for several unusual old time toys. I paticularly like her Balancing Toys, they are easy to make and will get your mind racing to develop your own style of toys.

Not only will you be thrilled with what you produce, your children and grandchildren will think you are very special to have made these clever items from simple pieces of wood.

An excellent book to own and can readily be found on eBay ... good bidding !!!
