Scott Landis Did it WRITE Lots of Great INFO.

Scott Reviews so many different styles of workbench. The problems running into the builder who may wish to build and sell a workbench. The whys and whynots to build a bench taller or shorter. What has been done over the century's also keep you grounded. The type of wood and the many different styles for many uses.I have read this book at least a dozen times maybe more. I find something that I missed the first through. It is that good. dray

This book if anything has more information that a normal person needs to determine what type of a workbench they need, and more importantly want to build. It's an education in practical workbenches, their componet parts, and their construction. It will also help prevent building a bench so elaborate that it will not be used. The detailed diagrams and photos are excellent, the bench history lessons are sometimes tedious but worth the effort. As there are not many books on this subject, at least there is one good one! Highly recommended!!!
