Word World - Rocket to the Moon (DVD, 2007)

It is difficult to find good educational programs to help in the developmental skills of young children. I have found that the Word World programs have played a definite role in preparing my two young boys for pre-k and kindergarten classes. This program is a fun and exciting way for children to learn how to form small words by identifying letters of the alphabet as well as their phonetic sounds. A tool that no parent should be without!!

My son who is 3 just LOVES this show..And, I love it as a mom for the educational value. It is an introduction to phonics..

Excellent product. Great message and reading comprehension. My 5 yr old and 2 yr old love these movies and my son loves rockets.

My daughter (two and a half) - loves this DVD. It's entertaining, and each track is short enough for a toddler's short attention span. Love it

DIDN'T REALIZE THEY WERE USED, MY FAULT. THEY ARE IN EXCELLENT CONDITION, LIKE NEW. MY DAUGHTER LOVES WORLDWORD, GREAT MOVIES FOR CHILDREN'S LEARNING AND IT'S ALL ABOUT HER HAPPINESS.

I would suggest to any parent trying to find educational materials for their children to watch to buy Word World DVD's. I teach my daughter everything I know every interaction we have should be meaningful and when she needs down time or relax time I am glad that Word World is there. She doesn't know she is learning and I love when she retells Duck's jokes! We had been discussing plural words and meanings when Word World discussed the use of an 's' she made several connections on her own. That is why I purchased this DVD in particular. Word World should be a part of every child's library especially on DVD!

My 2 yr old loves this series and learns letters and how to spell so quickly. I would recommend it to any parent.

My daughter loves the Word World series. They are entertaining and educational. Even an adult can enjoy them.

We love the way the children are able to follow the characters and quickly recognize the word spelling for them. This is an ingenious way to teach children. Congratulations on a wonderful series! I will buy many more (for the right price).

I like that the characters are made out of letters, and I'm a Kindergarten teacher and I discovered this show on TV at the end of the year b/c we couldn't go outside since the fires let a great deal of smoke and the kids asked for it everyday. They were proud to read and so I thought I would buy the DVD's.

Word World is a great children's dvd. It's educational and fun. My son wants to learn more and more - asking us to spell everything. Highly Recommended DVD

My 1 1/2 year old LOVES this movie! It keeps his attention and he really enjoys the animals. He laughs when the character laughs and gets really excited when they "build a word". Great great movie.
