Word 2002 for Dummies by Dan Gookin (2001, Paperback, Illustrated)

The format is fairly easy for a person who is not real confortable with computers to do the necessary operations. I use it in my job, although we primarily use Word Perfect, and this book has helped me negotiate some things that no one in the office could help me with.
