Wonderful, Wearable Wire by Betty Bacon, Gary Helwig, Karen Ray, Marjorie Helwig (1998, Paperback, Spiral)

This book is specifically for those who own the Olympus WigJig (patterns are specifically for the Olympus model--i imagine you could modify them for other models on your own). If you do not own this tool for creating wire jewelry don't bother with this book...I didn't realize this when I bought it.

If you do own the Olympus wig jig perhaps you will find some of the patterns helpful. I am really not a jig fan and I question the durability of many of the links featured. This book is good if you're having a brain block and need ideas for basic shapes or links. The pictures provided are line drawn instructions that are quite adequate and pictures of finished necklaces and jewelry. The pictures are okay...not awe inspiring---remember this book was published almost 10 years ago...we've come a long way since then.
