Working the 12 Steps

This book is being used for working the 12 steps with my sponsor. I have used the larger 12 Step Guide of Narcotics Anonymous and have found this much simpler to use, yet, just as empowering. The aspect of life and recovery through the eyes of women is really enlightening and feels very encouraging. I will be using this with my sponsees from now on.

This book has really helped me as a woman to get to grips with the twelve steps. It is written about women for women. A women's journey through recovery is very different from that of a man and this book has really helped me.

) This book is just awsome. I love starting my day off with tips on finding my authentic self. When I practice what I've read I actually feel alot better about myself and my surroundings.
