I decided to purchase this book because of the cost. I was watching HSN, Wolfgang was promoting his cooking pot's and pan's, what he was cooking seems so good and this book was there for all of us to purchase, but I didn't want to pay the high cost plus shipping when I can get this same product for less on ebay.

This book was delivered in a timely manner. It was sealed as new. I enjoyed the contents of this cookbook. I was thrilled to get a recipe for prime rib.
I use a pressure cooker often, and looked forward to the recipes for those items. They are delicious.

As with all of Wofgang Puck's cookbooks you will learn something new. Love the recipes and helpful tips. If you are a begginer or advanced cook this cookbook is for you! You can never go wrong with one of Wolfgang's cookbooks. Also like the detailed pictures and easy to follow instructions. Some things called for in the recipe are harder to find in your local supermarket but with all the specialty shops out there today they are available. Great find and will always keep my eye out for any new Wolfgang Puck cookbooks.

The recipes in the book are easy and good. It is easy to switch splenda for sugar and soy flour for white flour to get the low carb and right carbs for a person who has to watch sugar/carb intake such as I do. My motherinlaw is diabetic and this is perfect to make her tasty treats which are not bland. The ice cream that you make in food processor is EXCELLANT.
