Movie Description
Alex (Selena Gomez), Justin (David Henrie), and Max Russo (Jake T. Austin) may look like the kids next door, but they have a special secret: thanks to instruction by their father, Jerry (David DeLuise), they are all endowed with wizardly powers! This hour-long Disney Channel special follows the eldest of the three young magicians to Wiz Tech, a summer boarding school that will help them hone their skills with spells and potions, all the while learning to cope with competitive classmates. As soon as they arrive, Justin proves immediately to be a model student, but the reluctant Alex hits a few social stumbling blocks; her attendance proves crucial, however, when she uncovers an evil teacher's plot to steal her brother's powers. Back at home, baby of the family Max joins Jerry for a "camping trip" on their New York City terrace.
