Without Reservations (1946) is an entertaining comedy starring two great actors, Claudette Colbert and John Wayne. Both stars are very funny, and their characters are likable. I liked seeing John Wayne in this role, which was an atypical part for him. The plot description provided by eBay is thorough, except they don't rent the car--they buy/barter for it.
I recommend Without Reservations to fans of Colbert and of Wayne. Classic movie aficionados will also enjoy watching this film.
