Solid piece of reference material

I initially bought this book because of the author...not necessarily a good reason to buy a book. It wasnt what I thought it would be, but it was certainly a decent purchase. Set out alphabetically, encyclopedia style, this book answers most of the questions about Wicca a new practitioner might have. Covering a wide expanse of topics from pop culture influence on the faith by shows such as Charmed, right through to the Sabbats as well as covering the significance of figures noted in modern Wiccan history like Valiente, Horne, Grimassi and Starhawk. Overall a sound and complete piece of work - not something you would read cover to cover, but a solid reference piece.
