    If you are a traditionalist and refuse to think of using holistic or alternative medicines then this book may not appeal to your senses. It is a refreshing read for those of us who want something besides the pills our Dr.'s prescribe for us. Open your minds to this new form of treatment. You'll never know unless you try.
