Stacy Halprin lost 350 pounds! I think that caught my eye when I opened this book. I have trouble with 20! Her story is very moving because it is not one telling you how to lose, but a story about life and living it to the fullest. Advice on how to keep the weight off for good and not returning to the yo-yo diet most of us find ourselves on. It is about the courage and power we have, to do things for ourselves. The book contains lots of tips from psychologist, fitness experts, nutritionist and medical doctors. It focuses on having a mind and body approach to support your success. Read this book for inspiration.
