Willow (DVD, 2003, Special Edition; Sensormatic)

I enjoy watching this movie with my kids. It is a great movie with a good story for children.It is one of the first kid friendly wizard movie. I like Willow better than Harry Potter. Younger children will get a better movie experience than with the more up to date movies that use violence and language.

I saw this movie on public tv once and thought it was a great family movie so I searched eBay till I found a DVD of it,I enjoy it even more now, One of the classics, You'll be glad if you get a copy of for the whole family to enjoy

The product arrived promply and was in good condition just as promised. I had absolutly no problems. I was quite satiflied =)

The dvd was in good condition alothough when I played it there were a few spots it skipped complete sections. I had to go back and try it a couple more times till it would play overall it ws in good condition with that exception

We usually see heroes that are larger than life. After all, isn't bigger always better? I think Willow would disagree. Willow is small in stature but huge in heart. Willow's life intersects with humans and their strange ways. But without Willow, the humans will continue to live under the oppressive regime of Queen Bavmorda. The children of Willow finds a baby in the river. Little do they know the baby is Elora Danan, the prophesied baby who marks the end of Queen Bavmorda's reign. It is up to Willow and assorted others get the baby back to take the evil queen down. All during this, Willow achieves the very thing he wants the most in the world, to be a wizard. A great family movie with action and suspense and even a little romance thrown in.

I loved this movie when it first hit the big screen, and I've worn out a couple of VHS copies. Now my family and I can enjoy the DVD ad infinitum. This is a thoroughly delightful movie: sorcerors, warriors, heroes, fairies, monsters, princesses, evil queens, adventuring babies, it has it all! Val Kilmer gives a solidly exciting pergormance as Madmardigan, the roguish warrior who helps Warrick Davis (Willow) return a lost baby to her home and in the process upset an evil sorceror queen and put the babe on the throne!

this is a very cute movie and I found out you can buy it at Walmart. Go figure. I would have just went there to buy it...

I bought this DVD because I needed a coaster for my drinks while watching movies. The movie was OK and it doesn't leave any rings on my table when used as a coaster.

I was so happy I found this movie....I had seen this movie years ago and absolutely loved it. When I found this on ebay I was hoping I wouldn't be disappointed by my memory of it. No problem, just as good as I remember and my kids loved it. It is a little scary for small children so keep that in mind.

I have not seen this movie in years and I was so happy when I recieved it. I ove the action in this movie.

Years ago we owned this movie on VHS but it had gone to the great video store in the sky....while browsing eBay one rainy afternoon I found it! And with minimal effort: won it! The seller was prompt in shipping it and we popped it in the dvd player and watched it immediately. It is a fun movie for the entire family (although much tamer to the kids now that they are mostly grown - a little scarey for the younger set). While it is a little older movie - I think that kids would still see value in the story and totally enjoy all the action, magic, adventure and, of course, the Brownies!!! This is a movie we will watch many times in the future and use lines from for years to come: "I FEEL BETTER!!"
