The more I listen to Tom Petty's Wildflowers, the more I enjoy it. The more I wish I listened to it more. Produced by Rick Ruben (amazing huh?!) this is a mature Tom Petty that features lots of acoustics, great lyrics and meaningful, epic songs. The sounds are more mellow and deeper than early 90s Tom Petty (and with a less scratchy voice). Rick Ruben did a phenomenal job with the production - a truly fantastic album!

This album is one i was introduced to by my eldest brother when i was young. It is spectacular. I love all the songs ,and it flows from song to song really well. Tom petty rules.

Favorite music thats hard to findLove tom petty music and I needed that cd because there were songs on it that I did not have and it is hard to find old cds and I like it for driving music. I think it is one of his better cds.

) I have always loved this CD since I was a kid. The whole CD is simply great. You can just pop in the CD and listen to it from start to finish. Every song has it's own Petty-esq feel to it. "It's Good to be King" is one of my favorites, but so is "You Wreck Me." Don't forget about number 2, "You Don't Know How It Feels" (Let me get to the point, lets roll another joint). This is a great CD for any rock collection. BUY IT!

Tom Petty&Heartbreakers.I believe that Tom Petty y Heartbreakers they are a few magnificent musicians and artists. I am a guitar in a group of rock and all the information that I can obtain of these artists me is very valuable. I did a trip with my wife from Madrid, Spain, to New York to see them in the Mádison Square Garden. It(he,she) is worth it.

Tom Petty, if your a fan of Neil Young you would not go wrong in purchasing this cd. I believe it might be Tom's greatest cd yet. Perfectly raspy sound that truly resonates about life, love and lost.

You Wreck Me
) 
On Wildflowers Tom Petty leaves behind much of the pop sound of his earlier work and plunges head on into acoustic folk rock often reminding me of Neil Young etc. While the songs are not nearly as catchy as his poppy stuff they do stick with me and I find myself playing this one just as much as his other albums. 4 Stars.

I bought this CD because my roommate had it in college and it brings back some good memories. Some of the songs aren't quite as good as I remember them, but overall, I'm very happy to have bought this CD. It's pretty mellow and just reminds me of a more simple time in my life.

A great Tom Petty album.
) When I first recieved this CD, I listened to it over and over again. Many times, on albums, there are a few great songs and then the "other stuff." On this album, there is no "other stuff." I enjoy each song and do not find myself fast fowarding to find something better. I love it when I find an album where each song really holds it's own.
