This e-bayer never sent the book. I paid for it with paypal, waited one month and then sent inquiries - at least four! Never responded. Apparently he/she has done this before. I would like this matter looked into. This person should not be selling on e-bay.
I tried calling him at his place of business - but they say he doesn't come in there.
