The person who wrote the "Gap" review of this book is jumping to false conclusions and by definition is an idiot. This book is great, it does no such thing as assume whatever lunatic view the reviewer was alledging Eldridge made.

However, if Eldridge heard someone call this book dangerous, he would rejoice, because the book IS dangerous. It will change your life, and that is not safe. That's why you should take heart and read it. This is a great book to help you put away your old, tired, trite fundamentalism and open your mind to true manhood.

I have about ten books in my personal library that I consider "must" reading. I come back to them regularly because they illustrate some spiritual truth in a way that makes it tangible. Wild at heart is one of those books. It taps into God's true masculine nature. This wild nature that God also put into man is being attacked by most of the institutions of today's society, including most churchs. Many blame men for everything that is wrong in society and try to tame men. This book reveals the true nature and purpose of men's wild hearts, and rather than try to tame it, this books helps to illuminate the true purpose of it and helped me to release it in productive and constructive ways. You will love it. There is also a companion book for women that is a must read for them.
