Games are very easy to use, and the body mass/fat index is terrific and easy to save. If buying this item, you should definately get the gel sleeve to protect the mat and consider buying several pairs of the special socks. There are tons of additions you can buy that make the games even easier to use, consider getting some and experiment! No more boring work outs for my family anymore - worth every dime spent!!
