The Wicker Man (DVD, 2006, Unrated/Rated Editions; Widescreen and Full Frame)

This movie I would have to say is pretty good. It keeps you wondering until the end. This is one movie you will not figure out like you can with alot of movies. It is about a woman contacting her ex which he is a cop played by Nicolas Cage, and she left many him years before without explanation but anyway she contacts him to get his help to find her missing daughter and he goes to help, and ends up finding out the missing little girl is his daughter but the towns people try and make it like the little girl never existed but he figures out she really does, and does everything he can to find her but it turns out to be a big twist in the end it turn out to a trap but I will say no more because I do not want to give up the whole movie but it is a very good movie it will keep you in suspense until the very end. This is a DVD I am glad I have to add to my collection. I will give it a 4.5 stars out of 5, and the only reason I do not give it a five is because I am a big fan of Nicolas Cage, and I do not like what happens to him in the end.

Movies don't get much worse than this. Took a good movie and dumbed down the remake.
Play with your dog, hug the kids, kiss the wife. Have a life. Don't waste your time here.

So you think... a Nicholas Cage movie, right on! DO NOT BE DECEIVED!! This has to be the worst movie made to date. I don't care if you get the unrated version, or the one with two endings, you will not be satisfied. The story revolves around a broke down cop (Nick Cage) tormented over the fact that a young women and her daughter were killed while he was on duty. Unable to come to terms he is boring through the story. Along with a boring attempt to scare us, that brings you to a boring climax. I would rather watch Con Air in reverse 10 times than ever see this movie again. Nick Cage is so embarassed I think thats why he had to do Ghost Rider, otherwise his career may have ended.

I am a Cage fan but this movie was all around horrible. The acting was awful! I wish I never saw this movie.

It was a good movie, but it did skip a lot, thats what i get for buying a used DVD i guess. I would recommend the movie to anyone though. It's definitly worth a see. Nicolas Cage is always good in his movies, no matter what type of character he plays.

I love Nicolas Cage and he does an excellent job in this movie. It is a little of beat for children to watch but I think adults will enjoy it.

I thought that this movie had a good part. You will be surprised at the ending of this movie. If you think that you have this movie figured out just wait til the end

Low priced alternative and you save on gas and no high priced shipping fees!! This is what ebay should always be about,,bargains like this!! If it isn't a bargain why buy it anyway?? I liked this movie and it's twist at the end. It reminded me of Children of the Corn, but with better actors and a better storyline. So, it's just better.

I truly enjoyed the movie, It was suspenseful and kept me on my toes. I din't expect the ending to be what it was. I kept waiting for someone to jump in and save him!
