Why Zebras Don't Get Ulcers By Rbt Sapolsky
This book is a classic, really. In it Sapolsky talks about how it is not "natural" for humans to endure prolonged or frequent stress and how it affects animals in nature or otherwise. It is a good example of how we, as people in society really SHOULD (my emphasis) change our lives to rid stress
out of them. We all would be healthier and would feed our spirits to a great degree if we eliminated caustic people and situations from our lives. It's a
great book to even scan because you can get the gist of what the authour is trying to say, and apply it to your own life. It's difficult to change the way that we live our lives but to be happy w/in oneself, a starting point would be to get rid of the intense stress that fills our lives!
