Whoopi: Back on Broadway - The 20th Anniversary (DVD, 2005)

When I went to eBay the first time for my own DVD I knew several of my friends would love this stand up Whoopi did so kept an eye on the Whoopi board in case I needed to share the laughter long distance. What a great surprise for my best friend in Maine. She was so tickled and we both share the same trait in that the Lurlene character is our new best friend. Sure hope they make Whoopi's TV show on DVD soon because it was incredible week after week with not one flaw except it was cancelled. Honest and true; that's what makes Whoopi the entertainer she is and always will be.

Was searching for the original play Whoopi did that I saw years ago. She does such a great job! I enjoyed her in "The Color Purplr" and am learning how smart she is on The View.

I miss the stand up of Whoopi and this was a total delight. She has not changed over the years and has kept herself grounded is what I love the most about her. I enjoyed this tremendously and I want her to know that she still has it.

Whoopi is a class act by herself. I am so glad I got this video we couldn't stop laughing. It was related to a little of everyone...

It's a must see to admire the works of Whoopi one of the queens of comedy.

You'll get your monies worth and thensome as you enjoy this DVD over and over again.

I watched both CD's, and the 2nd one is exactly what I was hoping to find. Thank you for making my day.

Greatest Performnance from Whoopie with out seeing her live on Broadway.

She has to be the most talented Comedian of her race,She has the Talent of the Late Moms Mabley, and Redd Foxx, thanks to HBo for making this dvd for all americans to see once or any time to appreciate her Talent. This has some raw material but her acting out the various people makes you sit up and listen to the struggles afro americans faced for Years. GOD BLESS WHOOPIE. and Now President OBAMA. For Making America Come together as a NATION.
