Whole grain recipes can taste good and this is the book that can make a whole-grain believer out of you! Everyone knows how important whole grains are for our health. They cut down on heart disease, diabetes, obesity and much more. They also give us fuel to burn throughout our day. I was one of the people who stayed away from the majority of grains, thinking that just by eating whole wheat bread I was doing myself a favor. Wrong! You can incorporate grains in all your meals and have them taste fantastic! You won't even know you're eating healthy, just delicious food! The recipes are not hard. You can prepare most grains ahead of time. If you've given a thought to eating better for health then add this cookbook to your collection.
