This book has a great idea behind it, but bores it into the ground by giving more examples of the same thing over and over. The best part about it to my way of thinking was that it was short, but not short enough. The author could have explained the concept in one chapter of 10 or 15 pages.
The idea that we have to face changes that occur in business and in life is not new,and that we must adapt rather than give up is a given. That is the meat of the book. But, how rats face the challenge of finding their cheese when it has been moved may have some value to a group of scientists studying how rats face change.
I, also, don't understand the hype about it, and after finishing it gave it away so it didn't clutter up my library.
