Whiplash (PlayStation 2, 2003)

I thought this was an excellent game. The graphics are smooth and the environments are well done. I think the most surprising part of this game is how long it is. Normally these cartoony action/adventure deals are fairly short, but this one offers days of gameplay through interlocking environments that represent a lab facility that the critters are trying to escape from. The story line is creative, the characters are fun, and both are presented in a humorous way. Plus you get to smash the place up ( part of the game is that you have to bankrupt the evil company by causing lots of expensive damage, so you can and in fact are encouraged to destroy pretty much everything in the place ).

The only complaint I have about this game is that the 3-d map (which is VERY nessasary as the facility is huge, complicated, and the missions sometimes require you to backtrack) can be difficult to decifer.
