The Wheatgrass Book by Ann Wigmore

This was an exellent book describing the various uses and bennefits both topically and internally of juicing wheatgrass for one's health. Ann Wigmore's story is inspiring in that she began adding wheatgrass and other vegan raw plant foods to her diet at the late age of 50 or so to discover a complete health transformation. She went from a sickly ill woman with a full head of gray hair, to a healthy vibrant woman with a full head of brown hair (no gray)! At the age of 85, with no gray hair, she felt more energetic and healthy than she felt as a child. The book is inspiring and informative. She gives clear easy instructions on how to grow wheatgrass inside the house. I tried it recently and grew my own tray of healthy green wheatgrass. I recomend the book if you are interested in growing and juicing your own wheatgrass.
