Wheat-Free, Gluten-Free Cookbook for Kids and Busy Adults by Connie Sarros (2003, Paperback)

My neice has celiac disease (she's 7 years old) so I bought the book for my mom so that when my neice goes to her Grandma's house, they have something to make together that is safe for her. They loved the book. Said that she had the majority of the ingredients in the house and that the recipes were super easy to make and understand. My neice made a few of the recipes and absolutely loves the fact that she can make the meals by herself and that they taste good to everyone (usually gluten-free food tastes dry and the breads are crumbly). I didn't like the fact that it didn't have any pictures in it but it did have a lot of recipes so that's always a plus. I would recommend this book to anyone who has or knows a child that needs a wheat-free or gluten-free diet and to the adults who just found out that they have celiac.

The cookbook is written with a variety of recipes that just about anyone could prepare. This is a very good cookbook for someone that has to be on this type of diet. Fast delivery and very good service. I would buy from this dealer again without hesitation.
