What's New Scooby-Doo? Vol. 3 - Halloween Boos and Clues (DVD, 2004)

I ordered a Scooby Doo DVD for my nephew's birthday. This company immediately charged my credit card for the balance due. A week or so later, I received an email stating this DVD was out of stock. It also stated that it was supposed to be restocked within the week and they would then expedite the shipping at no extra charge. That was the last I heard from them for over a month. Luckily I had my sister-in-law looking for the shipment, which never came. Finally I had to contact them to inquire where my merchandise was that I had paid for well in advance. It was only then that they decided to inform me that this DVD was premanently out-of-stock and that they would reimburse me for the full amount. I fear if I hadn't kept abreast of the situation, they would have gladly kept my money for an order that was never going to be filled. Needless to say, I will not be relying on this co. again. I am a busy mother of three and do alot of internet shopping as a convenience. I want to be able to pick something out, pay for it, and have it shipped promptly and as promised. I do not have the time to babysit anyone as to whether or not they are holding up their end of the transaction.
