
A perfect fit
This book is perfectly suited for our family since my son has these exact allergies (milk, egg, nuts). It has been most valuable to me for baking. Cakes, biscuits, cookies, breads, etc are the most difficult for me to adapt. This book gives some great recipes that you would never know are missing the milk or egg.
I do agree with the previous reviewer that there is a lot in this book that my children will not eat/try, but it did give me some ideas of other dishes to adapt on my own.
