Through personal use and evaluation I have found this to be an 'awsome' little device. I have used it for storage of data, photos and music to facilitata easy transportation and retrival of the stored items. I have also used it to carbon copy the data on my son's laptop's hard drive so that we could produce a carbon copy of the data. then we could clean sweep his hard drive to perform a clean instalation of XP Pro. The unit comes with a sight gage and new non slip finish. A great investment for convenient data storage !!!

I needed the product for computer data backup. Product is simple to use and compact. I would recommend product to anyone who needs a simple, compact Hard Drive backup.

awesome plug and play (at least on mac), good price, small package, the only reason i didn't give an excellent rating was because of all the extra software that comes on it. just had to delete it.

I bought the NewPhone 74205 three weeks ago and was immediately impressed with the number of features available on this inexpensive phone. It has a 1M-pixel camera, video camera, and speakerphone. The NewPhone's size is perfect for carrying in a pocket and the battery has a pretty good lifespan of roughly 4 hours. My only complaint is that the menu system on the phone makes you click four times before you can find someone in the address book, set an alarm, or perform a additional functions. Other phones I've owned have simpler menus and get you to important features easily. Overall, I'd recommend the phone if you're on a budget.

The WD My Passport Elite hard drive is so small and yet a great performer! The included software works without a hitch. I especially like the backup software that automatically backs up files on the fly once the first backup is done. The drive ships with a FAT32 file system but since I put large video files on the drive, I reformatted the drive to NTFS. The software that came on the drive goes away when the drive is reformatted but can be downloaded from Western Digital's web site and reinstalled. The reads and writes to the drive are faster than my laptop's internal hard drive! The drive gets its power from a special USB cable that is included and the drive is totally quiet. There is no cooling fan but the drive doesn't get hot even after extended writes. There is absolutely nothing not to like about this hard drive. I like the My Passport so well that I am going to buy another one! I have several external hard drives and this one has already turned into my favorite one!
