Really liked the fact that the unit was shipped in the OEM antistatic bag unopened. REally great price for this drive, couldn't have asked for a better deal. If you can use a smaller drive like this one, by all means, BUY THIS.

Haven't installed it yet, but it arrived as described.

Repair and saveReplacing the hard drive was fairly simple. Four screws and two connectors. This drive is completely clean, so you must have your operating system disk and key to load. You may need video drivers, etc, to get up and running. Load your programs and you're on your way. I'm not as expert but I haven't been overwhelmed so far. I can keep my hardware and not have the expense of a new computer.
