Laugh Out Loud Funny!

To say this is a 'humorous' book is a great understatement! Celia Rivenbark's book about 'confessions of a tarnished Southern belle' are off the wall funny. I love this woman! You don't have to be from the South to appreciate everything she talks about and believe me, she talks about everything! Nothing is sacred which makes it a double whammy on laughs. The contents in the book are in 5 parts each with several chapters on different subjects that will have you howling. PART ONE is The Southern Family with chapter titles like "Stop watching your plasma TV and start selling your plasma or how to become honest to Jesus white trash. PART TWO is Kids....Chuck E. Cheese......or where a kid can be a kid while mommie gets hammered on watered down Bud Light. PART THREE is about Couples Therapy, Southern Style or Lord, please don't let me kill him until the house is paid for. PART FOUR is Southern Women or the dirty little secret of manicure addiction and other American Beauty Rituals. PART FIVE is The gravy on the grits or Stamp out gossip? My best friend's mama's sister's hairdresser's cousin won't like this a bit!
Every chapter is wickedly funny. I highly recommend this book to every woman you know. They'll thank you!
