Synopsis Molly Carpenter Lasch, the beautiful wife of a renowned physician in Greenwich, Connecticut, is tried and found guilty for the murder of her husband. Desperate to plead her case before the media and the concerned public, Molly contacts an old school friend, Fran Simmons, who is now a successful television journalist. Despite the fact that all evidence points to Molly, Fran agrees to help exonerate her.
