The recipes are simple and down home recipes. Very easy to prepare and nothing fancy. No point values are posted for each recipe though so you'll have to figure it out with a point calculator.

I love this recipe book. It has wonderful, easy recipes. I would recommend this cookbook to anyone. The meals are very delicious.

this was a great cookbook find!!!! each recipe had a little story with it. i have seen alot of WW Cookbooks and this is by far the most unique!

I do not believe in band wagaons like going green. We have, as a nation been recycling for years. If we stop to think about what is good for us and the planet and what is not, this kind of thing is common sense. Another program and another this and another that to waste money on. Marketing ploys. I have done everything possible to lose weight. I fell for all of the common diets just as much as the next person.
I do not have that hanging over my head anymore. There is a freedom with Weight Watchers that can not be found. And to be honest, it was so simple yet I just couldn't have "seen" it on my own. I broke down one day and simply turned to Jesus to pray, knowing I can't do it anymore on my own. I was led to Weight Watchers and I realize what a wonderful lifestyle it is. I am grateful for the compassion had upon my prayers and such a wonderful gift that I will continue to use Weight Watchers as a tool in the weight loss process. Just working on the process means I am succeeding. Thank you Weight Watchers.
