) The book was recommended by a friend and what a treat it was to read. Being someone that has thought about real estate investment for a long time I found the information to be very valuable Mike Summey and Roger Dawson go through step by step information on real estate investing. From how to figure your costs to picking the best properties to invest in to writing the perfect offer. I would highly recommend this book to anyone thinking about taking the plunge into real estate investment.
