Weekend at Bernie's (DVD, 2009)

i bought this movie for the second time, my first one had too many scratches,
from watching it over and over,

will leave a response once item is received. As of yet I have not received this item but, have seen it before. My daughter is deaf and was laughing her head off at the movie. I knew than, I had to order it for her.

It so self explanatory that this movie if really funny. I cant' wait to receive it.

Everything was excellent bid delivery and DVD was in excellent condition. Ebay seem to to have an excellent setup with paypal and with the people who buy and sell items. I highly recommend ebay and I tell my friends to go there when they are looking to sell or purchase anything

What a great movie to relax to and just sit back and laugh for a while. It is funny all the way through. The guy who plays Bernie is a riot. A classic!!!.

I was looking for a dvd in savannah,named weekend at bernie's place.This dvd was not to be found in savannah. Went on Ebay and there it was, both dvd"s,weekend at bernie's 1 & 11. Thanks Ebay

this is a great movie !!! ok ...it`s alittle strange but... you`ll laugh till your sides hurt ! the movie has it all ...great acting , great back grounds ( the ladies ) the comedy will make you cry ...poor bernie lol and did i mention the babes ???

A Weekend At Bernie's is one of my all-time favorite movies! I like to watch it at least once a year! One of the reasons why I love this movie is Terry Kiser's acting! How hard is it to play a dead guy getting dragged from one scene to the next! In my opinion, this movie was so well done in respect to "how do you play a dead guy!" Is it realistic, naw, but what a laugh I get every time I watch it! If you don't love it, then, well, you must be dead!

service was great. i had been looking for this at all stores.. could not find it anywhere. i'm very happy :)

i order this dvd a while ago took my money never recieved the dvd i will never purchase anything from this person again file a claim for it never recieved any feed back about the dvd.

I was extremely offended initially when this movie first started as it was about a person found dead/Bernie/the Star, who before passing away had given a huge party in his rich mansion. The 2 young adults who "found him" were trying to hide & pretend he was still alive (with good cause to them) & have the party go on as usual. After getting over this initial shock & offense, the tongue in cheek style led me to continue to watch despite my initial offense. This movie slowly began to pull me in as the charades continued to make people think rich, shallow Bernie was still partying & having fun as always with people who barely or did not know him anyway & most just there for the free food & drinks. They Put sunglasses on him after taking/walking him to the beach & had him wave HI to the girls as they waved to him in passing, then the ridiculousness just went on & on from there. I found myself at first ashamed but chuckling, then as the silliness pulled me in further, I actually starting to Laugh Out Loud as the antics became more & more outrageous. Perhaps what makes this movie so funny is the sadness that a very shallow, crooked person is not really even missed socially anyway since all he/she is, is a physical figure? This is a really, really funny 5 STAR movie!!! A real Laugh Out Loud Comedy.

Millionaire executive Bernie Lomax is much like the mild-mannered reporter Clark Kent in that they both hold big secrets that everyone else should be able to figure out. The difference, though, is that Clark Kent is Superman, and Bernie Lomax is, well, dead. Just as no one has ever figured out that Superman is Clark Kent minus the glasses, no one in Weekend at Bernie’s notices that the silent, still, Bernie is no longer among the living. The premise for Weekend at Bernie’s, an amusing situation comedy from, improbably, the director of First Blood, is so ridiculous it can only make you smile…or shake your head in disappointment. Either way, a film like this may gain a certain type of infamy not so much for being terrible but for being one big joke. Only towards the end, the joke starts to wear thin. but a good movie if you like the plot.

One of my daughter's favorite movies to rent is 'Weekend At Bernie's'. She asked me to check on EBAY for a DVD copy for her and PRESTO!...there it was....excellent condition, affordable and right before Christmas! She loved the gift!

I like this movie because its funny and awsome, its got comedy and drama. I enjoyed every second of it. I give this movie a 10.

I have been looking for this movie for quite some time. Could not find it in any of the stores in my area. This is a very funny movie and I enjoy looking at a good comedy every now and then. Everyone needs to laugh as much as possible.

"Weekend at Bernie's" is seriously a funny movie. I mean normally a dead guy isn't funny, but this is not your normal movie plot. This is going to be an short review. I don't want to give the movie away. You will just have to trust me that this is seriously a funny movie.

We love the movie, couldn't find it at any video rental store so thank you much. We have really enjoyed it and had alot of laughs. Also excellent service from seller.
