If you love Rosamunde Pilcher, you'll love Willett

Someone recommended Marcia Willett to me because I love Rosamunde Pilcher's books. "A Week in Winter" is the first of Willett's books that I read, and it was wonderful! Like Pilcher, Willett's writing gives you such a sense of place -- you feel like you are there, and you never want to leave. Her characters are also unique, not the standard two-dimensional cliches that inhabit so much of today's fiction. Willett makes you care about the characters and their situation, and the plot in this book is not one I've encountered elsewhere. A really great read, and one that's made me read every one of her other books that I've gotten my hands on. Grab this book and go plunk down in a hammock! You won't regret it.
