Anyone with assets of any amount worth protecting needs to understand that, whatever you work hard to put together for your financial well being is a target of trial lawyers looking for the next ambulance to chase.
Ironically enough William Bronchick is actually an attorney himself. However despite all that, the advice he gives is simple enough to do yourself. Reading this book will make it so that you can keep your assets protected well without needing to spend a small fortune with an attorney. It will also give you a direction to go when consulting with your attorney.
William Bronchick is also a real estate investor so his slant towards real estate investing is much appreciated as well.

I really like what this author is about and especially in this book. The first thing you have to worry about once you start accumulating assets is lawyers and other who will try to take it away. Asset protection is as important in todays sue happy society as clean drinking water and air to breath. If you are going to survive in the business world protect your assets.
In this book the author gives clear and consice advice for investors on simple strategies that will protect the assets they have worked so hard to accumulate.
William Bronchicks' advice is easy to follow and does not require lots of implementation. The steps are easy to follow and allow for investors to protect themselves from lawsuits if they have 1 or 100 properties.
