Where is the book, man?!?!?!Ordered the book about 6 weeks ago and still have not received it. I have put in a claim and tried to contact the seller but he refuses to get in touch with me. Matter is under investigation and another book was purchased (which arrived with in three days of the order)... sorry, but this time it was a loss with half.com....
