Wario Land: Super Mario Land 3 (Game Boy, 1993)

Mario games never get old to me and this is one of my favorite ones! I personally own just about every Mario Game ever made and love playing them. I really recommend that you buy this one because it is a really good one!

This game is one of the best Gameboy games out there. It plays like a Mario game but it has some new elements that make it interesting. You can get one of three hats which gives you a ability. For example you get the flying hat and you can fly and run faster, you get the viking hat and you become more powerful and you can do a ground pound, or you get the dragon hat and you can spit fire (from your hat). The music is also the best of any Gameboy game. It fits Wario's personality perfectly. I replay this game about once a year, I love it.

-Wario Land 2 - Gameboy/Gameboy color
-Wario Land 3 - Gameboy Color
-Wario Land 4 - Gameboy Advance.

But Wario land 1 is by far the best.

I haven't played this game in about 10 years, and as soon as I put it in it is like the first time I played it. There is nothing I dislike about the game it is awesome I play it every now and then I LOVE IT!

Cartridge is in excellent shape and works like new. The seller was willing to combine shipments on two orders.

It is a good game. I played it when I was a kid and it was one of my favorite games and still is in some sort of way.

I remember when my grandmother bought me this game back in 1994, I was just 6.

I haven't owned this game in years and was delighted to be brought back to it. The game play is easy and straight forward, and simple enough to no be frustrating. All of the characters, items, backgrounds, etc. are super pleasing to the eyes, and fun too!

I found myself plopped down in front of the couch for 3 hours having a blast once I got it in the mail today. A trip down memory lane!

I couldn't recommend this game more, if you're looking to purchase a game for your child look no further. This game entertained me years ago, and it still entertains today.

I am writing a bad seller review because i never received my item. I already filed a dispute with PayPal. The seller wouldn't return any of my messages and never shopped my item. WORST EBAYER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

plus beleave gamers i got the worlds greatest to the worst & take from me i just love even the world dumdest game could be awesome on my book to graphic well don't see the problem with but all i can is a job well done sound hmmmm i hear just it perfecly the music i think i love videogame music i just can't get enough of it & the gameplay well as u see its like i all ready knew how to play when i got it at the store ready if u don't beleave what i say then take look at the game 4 yourself if u don't like it then don't play it

game is kind of dissapointing, but is fun and worth a try. if your looking for the perfect land game get super mario land 2 the six golden coins. it is way better

This game is fun for people who enjoy Super Mario Bros. It provides challenging levels and fun powerups as well. I bought it because it was my favorite game when I was younger.

I have loved this game since I knew of it as a child. I never owned a copy of it though so i decided to do something about it. I did a search on eBay and found one. I asked the seller if the save feature worked, as the internal battery in older game cartrages required for saving tend to go dead over many years. The seller said it did work and it even had some pre-saved slots on it. When I got the game I was hoping to see these pre-saved games. However, when I got to the loading screen it had no pre-saved games. Whats worse, when I save a game and go to reload it the loading screen it has no record of any saves. This is clearly because, as I feared, the internal battery resposible for saving is dead. So the seller was lying, or made a careless mistake.

Well anyway, I have the game. And as long as I keep it pluged in and play it from time to time without turning it off it works; not quite as I had hoped.

I like the game because it is a gameboy game I love these type of games.

Another wonderful experience, I couldn’t believe there was another game out there for me to enjoy of this type. After I played this, I searched out and bought all the Wario games. I love knowing that when I want to play a game like this I have two chances to do so. First, with Mario, who is always fun and enjoyable, and now with the Wario series. I played this a while back, but I do remember the game being clear and with great control over what you want to do when you want to do it. Even people who are much more capable than I am when it comes to being able to move your character with lightning speed, can still enjoy this game. They did everything right in this game. I can’t think of a single flaw. I am surprising even myself but I am going to give this a perfect score. It opened the door for future wonderful Wario games. Loved this game, and you will at least enjoy it if nothing else. Age will not lessen the fun factor.

Wario Land was supposed to be a small spinoff to end the Super Mario Land series that had Super Mario Land and Super Mario Land II: The Six Golden Coins. The antagonist of the latter was Wario, who was so infamous amonght Six Golden Coins fans, that Nintendo brought him back in his own installment to show off his greed once more. What ended up happening however was that the Wario series was far more successful than the Mario series. Whereas the Mario Series only really had two games starring our mustachioed man, Wario ended up starring in FOUR game boy titles, not to mention four newer games in the Wario Ware series, two of which are on GBA and one of which is on the new Nintendo DS. So basically, this game is what started the Wario fanfare. Which makes a piece of gaming history. Not to mention is addictive and fun.
